CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

SEEKINGAMOR is committed to providing clear product, availability, and fulfillment information before purchase. By accessing our website, placing an order, and accepting our required Terms & Conditions at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the policies applicable to your purchase.

1. Accurate Order Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at checkout, including their name, email address, shipping address, billing information, size, color, and product selection.
• Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.
• SEEKINGAMOR cannot guarantee that an order can be modified once it has been placed.

2. Product Information

• Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before purchasing, including product specifications, sizing information, availability status, fulfillment estimates, and whether an item is Premade or PREORDER.
• Product availability may vary by size, color, or style.
• Limited releases may begin with a quantity of premade inventory and transition to PREORDER once the premade allocation has sold out.

3. Premade & Pre-Order Availability

• Products may initially be offered as Premade / Ready to Ship while inventory remains available.
• Once the designated premade inventory sells out, subsequent orders may automatically transition into the applicable PREORDER production batch.
• The product page will disclose the applicable availability and/or pre-order fulfillment information before purchase.
• Customers whose orders are placed into a pre-order batch may also receive notification via email regarding their order status and fulfillment timeframe.

4. Terms & Conditions Acceptance

• Before completing checkout, customers are required to check the Terms & Conditions acknowledgment box.
• By checking this box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review and agree to SEEKINGAMOR's Terms & Conditions and applicable store policies.
• If your purchase includes a PREORDER item, you additionally acknowledge and accept the disclosed pre-order fulfillment timeframe and understand that your item will not ship immediately.

5. Order Confirmation

• Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation after purchase.
• Please immediately notify SEEKINGAMOR if you notice incorrect contact information, shipping information, or another discrepancy.
• Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or production.

6. Communication & Resolution

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly regarding order concerns so that we have an opportunity to review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

PRE-ORDER PROCESS

1. Pre-Order Duration

• Items available for pre-order will be clearly identified as "PREORDER" through the applicable product availability or product description information before purchase.
• The estimated pre-order fulfillment timeframe will be stated on the product page.
• Fulfillment estimates begin once the order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed.

2. Premade to Pre-Order Transition

• SEEKINGAMOR may release a limited quantity of Premade / Ready to Ship inventory before opening additional quantities for pre-order.
• Once the premade allocation for an applicable product sells out, subsequent purchases may automatically fall into the PREORDER production batch.
• Orders placed into the pre-order batch will be subject to the pre-order fulfillment timeframe disclosed on the product page.
• Customers may receive an email confirming that their order has been placed within the pre-order batch.

3. Commitment to Pre-Order

• By purchasing an item identified as a PREORDER and checking the required Terms & Conditions box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the applicable fulfillment timeframe.
• Payment is collected immediately upon checkout to secure your item and production allocation.
• Completing your purchase constitutes your agreement to wait for SEEKINGAMOR to complete the disclosed pre-order production and fulfillment process.

4. Production & Waiting Period

• Pre-order merchandise is produced and fulfilled according to the estimated timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.
• A pre-order is not an immediately shippable product.
• Customers purchasing a pre-order acknowledge that additional production and processing time is required.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order has completed fulfillment and has been prepared for shipment.

5. Estimated Fulfillment Dates & Delays

• All estimated fulfillment dates and timeframes are provided in good faith based on the information available to SEEKINGAMOR at the time of purchase.
• Manufacturing, production, quality control, supplier, carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside of SEEKINGAMOR's reasonable control may affect an estimated fulfillment timeframe.
• If a material delay occurs, SEEKINGAMOR will provide customers with updated information using the contact information associated with their order.
• A reasonable production delay does not automatically constitute a failure to fulfill an order.

6. Updates & Communication

• SEEKINGAMOR may provide production and fulfillment updates through email and/or our official social media channels.
• Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate email address and reviewing communications regarding their order.
• Tracking information will be sent once an order has been dispatched.

7. Order Modifications

• Changes to pre-order purchases, including size, color, quantity, shipping address, or product selection, cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
• Please carefully review your selections before completing checkout.

8. Orders Containing Premade & Pre-Order Items

• If an order contains both premade and pre-order merchandise, SEEKINGAMOR may hold the entire order until all merchandise is available to ship.
• SEEKINGAMOR may elect to ship available merchandise separately.
• If a customer requests separate shipping and the request can be accommodated, additional shipping charges may apply.

ALL SALES FINAL & PRE-ORDER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

1. All Sales Final

• All sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated by SEEKINGAMOR or required by applicable law.
• Pre-order merchandise is specifically produced, allocated, or reserved based on confirmed customer purchases and is therefore not eligible for cancellation or refund due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, failure to review the product information, or the customer no longer wanting to wait during the disclosed fulfillment period.

2. Pre-Order Acknowledgment

When purchasing merchandise identified as PREORDER, you acknowledge before completing your transaction that:

• The merchandise is not available for immediate shipment.
• The order requires the disclosed production and fulfillment period.
• Payment will be collected at the time the order is placed.
• You agree to wait through the applicable disclosed fulfillment timeframe.
• You have reviewed and accepted SEEKINGAMOR's Pre-Order Process and Terms & Conditions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once a pre-order has been successfully submitted and payment has been processed, the order is considered confirmed and allocated for production.
• Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled or refunded solely because the customer no longer wishes to wait, provided the order remains within the disclosed or properly updated fulfillment process.
• Customers should contact info.seekingamor@gmail.com regarding legitimate order issues so SEEKINGAMOR can review the circumstances.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

• Customers agree to contact SEEKINGAMOR at info.seekingamor@gmail.com regarding an order concern and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the matter.
• A pre-order remaining within its disclosed fulfillment period does not, by itself, mean the merchandise has not been provided according to the agreed terms.
• If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, SEEKINGAMOR reserves the right to provide the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer with documentation relevant to the transaction.
• Such documentation may include the product description and availability information presented at purchase, disclosed fulfillment timeframe, Terms & Conditions acceptance, checkout records, order confirmation, customer communications, production updates, shipping information, tracking information, and proof of delivery where applicable.
• SEEKINGAMOR reserves the right to dispute claims that are inconsistent with the terms and disclosures acknowledged at the time of purchase.

5. Terms & Conditions Agreement

• The required Terms & Conditions acknowledgment presented before checkout is intended to ensure that customers review and accept the policies applicable to their purchase.
• By checking the acknowledgment box and completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Terms & Conditions, product disclosures, and pre-order fulfillment requirements presented to you before purchase.
• Customers who do not agree with the applicable terms or fulfillment timeframe should not complete the purchase.
